Last weekend my friends and me went to La Perouse Bay which is in the southern area of Maui. We walked over 300 year old volcanic rock. The land was all volcanic material! It was amazing passing through and walking on the jagged, sharp, rugged terrain of old lava! FUCKING LAVA!!! From hundreds of years ago! Soon after our long trek through the volcano rocks, we went snorkeling! I cannot believe what I saw underwater!!! I was swimming with Nemo basically! All I saw were some of the most beautiful fish swimming right next to me and eating plankton and not minding that I was with them! At one point I made it so far off the shore I felt as if I was in the middle of the ocean swimming with amazing aquatic life. My friend took pictures of us underwater with her waterproof camera, hopefully I will get them soon and then post them. This is a picture similar to what I saw.
