I will never hold back my words, my creativity, what ever is brewing inside. Whatever we all have on us, inside of us, anything that wants to come out but hasn't,  no one should hold back. In my organization I will never let any co-worker hold back their creativity, I will not shoot down ideas, I will use everyone's imagination, together all our ideas form strength and power, they are all stronger than one!
