Too much

Too many are looking for so much from many others. We seek companionship and miss the fact that we are here alone but that that is not solidarity. We seek love but yet do not love ourselves first. We give to others and leave ourselves feeling empty. We seek so much in others and won't seek for ourselves. So many are lost and seeking but may never find the answers because they have not found themselves. My mom once said: "There is nothing that says I have to do this or that or anything with anyone. No where does it say I need someone by my side to do anything with. You come and leave as you are, as yourself."
