Showering the past

You quote the past cause it's convenient. Not one bad intention in me, within me, yet you bring up the past. There is no truth to the past because it stays where it happened, in the past not in the present, not in this moment. If I were to hear about the past it means nothing, I shall not, and you shall not, no one shall feel the burden of someone's past on them. You say they are going through something, that may be so, that does not mean it should involve anyone but that person. We have become accustomed to living in our past or in the future but not even considering that our present is the most powerful of any and all times because it is here in front of us, we are living in it. This is true that what is true in the morning is not true by afternoon and what is true in the afternoon is not true by evening, so on and so forth. Amidst every breath of air we take in this very moment we may be hurting it and not breathing in anything real if we are not feeling it, experiencing it. Many will look down upon these words because they will say people make mistakes when they are just living in the moment, that is because we have attached and been influenced so much, we do not make fair judgement for ourselves in certain situations. To live in the present, nothing compares to it because it is here right now, for us. With one person living the past and another who talks about it, there is no present, there is only a present moment when we feel it all and nothing else. It is true that we must find ourselves by losing ourselves sometimes, well that is true for living the present, because we are empty. Empty of any judgments, empty of any feelings, empty of any thoughts, and we live in the moment. Yes, it is proven scientifically, spiritually, medically, in any and all which ways measurable that nothing is healthier, nothing is more true than the present. So, in this moment, nothing is wrong. Nothing is wrong in the moment that person is telling you their past but it becomes wrong because they are not talking about the present but rather the past, it is not right; the past does not equal the future. Does this person represent the past?
