Today's weather: staying indoors and listening to good jamz!

I woke up today feeling so energized and powerful. Sometimes I question if I am waking up worried and anxious and nervous or if I really am that energized. Gradually I am identifying which is which and today it is definitely energy. It's all about how you manage your energy. People like to put their energy into negative things and they produce negative feelings, reactions, emotions. We all have great powerful energy and we have to learn how to direct it, where to put it, who to give it to, and when to put it out there. I have been giving off my energy to all who come into contact with me.
Last year I had a Reiki reading. It was incredible and it was all based on energies. When I awoke I was given everyone's attention in the room. All the other readers were thanking me for giving off such energy. I was not aware at that time in my life that I had such energy. Sometimes energy comes and goes, it takes a lot sometimes holding onto it because it can leave without us even knowing.
Our energy is always present, it is always in our hands, in our power. Sometimes we hide and let it stay inside of us when we distract ourselves with material things, with people who are just taking up our time with no real reason, and with pointless jobs! Because we leave our energy inside we leave a lot more inside too. The energy may never come back out and a lot of other negative things might come out instead. This has happened to me before. I am bringing my energy out, sometimes by force and will power. I am going to make sure it stays out and doesn't hide again. I love helping people and it's probably the best thing I'm good at but the only time I can really help others is when I have helped myself enough (this is true in many different cases too). When you have helped yourself and feel satisfied with whatever result you were shooting for, you are now in power and control of being able to help so many others!
On a day like today when it is raining with snow outside, I like to consider this lovely weather. Sometimes I used to stay in with my love and make love all day during weather like this. If I fall in love again it is what everyone should do during weather like this, that's the beauty behind it at least for me and my significant other. For today, I am listening to soft music. So far, I have worked out, sang, eating breakfast right now, and will soon send out my love and energy to everyone who will receive it. I have a new friend. It is a pinkish quartz rock, it attracts love to myself and it is also a calming stone. Since I bought it, it really speaks to what it does as I have seen. It is so powerful. Live, Love, and Peace :)
